Shipping Costs and Procedure! All shipping costs are listed in your shopping cart at the time of check out before you confirm your order.  We use UPS for all domestic shipping.  US Priority Mail is only used for Out Of County Orders.  We no longer ship to PO Boxes, only physical addresses.     For orders shipped out of the USA, shipping will be expensive.  Surface and first class mail are no longer an option for out of country orders.  That only leaves Priority Mail, and that is the only service we use.  No expedited services on out of country orders. During the check out process your shipping will be calculated for your country before you confirm your order.  Please note that we have no control over customs fees, taxes, or duties due when your merchandise arrives.  We mark all purchases as "Merchandise" on the customs forms, no exceptions.  These fees are the responsiblility of the recipient.  Also, there may be customs delays during certain times of the year, so even though we ship Insured US Priority Mail, there may be a delay of up to six weeks depending on the country.  All sales final on, puzzles, calendars, and framed calendar pages.  All other items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days from the time of purchase for any reason.  Items must be returned in their original condition to receive a full refund.

Common Questions

Q.  How do I pay by Check?  A.  We no longer accept checks as a form of payment.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and payment via Paypal.

Q.  Is our website secure?  A.  Yes, our website is very secure.  Your credit card information is encrypted when your order is sent to us.  Only we have the software and passwords to decrypt your credit card number when it reaches us.  Even in the unlikely event your order is intercepted, the encrypted information is useless without the passwords and software needed to read the information.

Q.  Who operates the gallery?  A.  Our gallery is all family owned and operated.  We do it all, from processing the orders to shipping them out.  Matt (me), my wife Lisa are the main operators.

Q.  When will my order be shipped?  A.  We try to process and ship out all orders on the day they are made.  Framed Calendar Images take 1 week to ship because they framed after the order is received.  Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will most likely ship out on Monday.  Everything ships UPS Ground for domestic shipments, or US Priority mail for out of country orders.  All shipping is insured.  If an order comes damaged, contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement item when available and have the other item sent back.

Q.  How do I return an item?  A.  All items except original artwork, sale gift items, calendars, puzzles, and framed calendar pages have a 30 day money back policy.  All other items, including "sneaky sale" prints and canvas transfers can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping costs within 30 days of the purchase date.  Just send back the item with your order number, name, address and phone number requesting a refund, it is that easy.  All original artwork, puzzles, SALE ITEMS, calendar and framed calendar page sales are final.  No exchanges or returns on these items.
